Physiotherapist for the Rehabilitation Section in Elderly Care
Are you a licensed physiotherapist looking to make a difference in the daily lives of the elderly? We are currently seeking a physiotherapist for the rehabilitation section within our elderly care facility.
Responsibilities
As a physiotherapist in our organization, you will help create conditions for residents in our elderly care facilities to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. You will conduct assessments and plan interventions related to rehabilitation, exercise, and assistive devices. We offer a stimulating and varied job where you will meet residents with different diagnoses, backgrounds, challenges, and needs.
The work is done in a team together with occupational therapists, and you will share responsibility for your care facilities. The team also includes nurses, care staff, and section managers. Together, you will provide person-centered care and support for a healthier and safer life for the residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who
- Is a licensed physiotherapist (180 credits)
- Can ride a bike
- Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Has good digital skills and is accustomed to using a computer as a work tool
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in rehabilitation within municipal services
- Experience working as a physiotherapist
- Experience working with elderly patients
- A valid driver's license (Category B)
